微生物方法降解废白土中油脂的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 对Ⅱ号菌、米曲霉、根霉、磷细菌、酵母菌、毛霉等6种微生物降解废白土中所含油脂进行了研究。结果表明,6种微生物中毛霉的降解能力最强,摇瓶培养优于平皿培养,且当培养基成分组成为废白土20%、葡萄糖1%、K2HPO40.2%、酵母膏0.1%时,在培养条件为28℃、130r/min、pH6~7,培养时间96h时,油脂降解效果最好。 The feasibility in degrading the oils in spent bleaching earth with strains of Ⅱ fungus,Rhizopus,Mucor,Phosphorous bacterium,Aspergillus and Saccharomycecte, were studied.The results showed that degrading capability of Mucor was the strongest,its optimized culture medium was made up of 20% spent bleaching earth,1% glucose,0.2% K_2HPO_4,0.1% yeast lotion,and the best culture conditions were 130 r/min,pH 6.0~7.0,28℃.Under these best conditions,when fermented 96 hours,the oils degradation effect is the best.
