摘要 概述了国内外天然非α-生育酚甲基化的主要方法,对最新的胺甲基化-还原研究成果给予了重点介绍。同时,首次提出直接甲基化方法,经过初步研究确定,用此方法在较为温和的条件下(温度低于170℃,压力低于1MPa)可将α-生育酚的含量从7%提高至50%。 Some methods about methylation of natural non-α-tocopherol in the world were presented,the new research about aminoalkylation-reduction process was mainly introduced,and shortcomings of these methods were also discussed.At the same time immediate-methylation method was presented at first time.Under moderate conditions(170℃ and 1 MPa),the content of α-tocopherol could be increased from 7% to 50% by immediate-methylation method.
