摘要
采用多种不同溶剂对黑加仑籽进行提取,选定了丙酮为最佳提取溶剂,通过正交实验确定最佳提取条件为:提取温度55℃,提取时间40min,料溶比1∶2.5。在最佳提取条件下,可得到平均出油率为13.648%的较好结果。
The black currant seed was extracted to obtain black currant oil by different solvent, and acetone was selected as the best solvent. The optimum extraction conditions through orthogonal experiment were determined. Under the best extraction conditions of extraction temperature 55℃, extraction time 40 min, ratio of material to acetone 1:2.5(W/V), the average oil extraction rate was 13.648%.
