摘要
在电力市场环境下,利用可中断负荷参与阻塞管理能有效缓解阻塞和消除市场力,合理的定价是有效利用可中断负荷的关键。作者指出,利用负荷需求的弹性特点并将可中断负荷参与到阻塞管理机制中,通过市场供需关系确定电价可显著减轻阻塞。文中提出了一种定价模型,在此基础上给出了两种定价方法,即节点定价法和分摊定价法,并比较了两种定价方法的特点。最后对两种定价方法进行了仿真,并讨论了电价与负荷弹性的关系,算例结果说明,所提出的定价模型正确合理、简单、实用。
In electricity market environment the participation of interruptible load in congestion management can effectively mitigate the congestion and rational pricing of electricity is the key of effectively utilizing the interruptible loads. Here, it is point out that utilizing the elastic feature of load demand and making the interruptible loads participating the congestion management the congestion could be evidently mitigated by means of determining the electricity price through the supply-demand relationship in electricity market. A pricing model of electricity under the congestion is presented and on this basis two kinds of pricing methods, i.e., node pricing method and apportionment pricing method, are given, and the features of the two methods are compared. With a 6-node system the two pricing methods are simulated, and the relation between electricity price and the elasticity of load is researched. The results of calculation example show that the proposed pricing model is correct, rational, simple and practicable.
