摘要 目的建立一种分析测定中草药的方法,并对生物碱有效成分进行分离。方法以咖啡因为模板分子,采用水溶液悬浮聚合法制备了用于色谱分离(作HPLC的固定相)的微米级分子印迹聚合物微球(M IPM s)。结果当以茶叶碱为竞争分子时,M IPM s对咖啡因有强的吸附和特异性选择识别能力。结论该M IPM s能对茶叶中的咖啡因进行分离富集。
