Development of Weathering Steel SPA-H Applied to Containers

为适应集装箱用耐大气腐蚀钢的需求,近年来,本溪钢铁(集团)有限责任公司采用铁水预处理、转炉冶炼、AHF精炼、连铸、热连轧及控轧控冷等工艺成功地开发了SPA-H耐大气腐蚀钢。通过化学成分和生产工艺优化,使钢材的各项性能达到标准要求。

To meet the necessity for weathering steel applied to containers, Benxi Iron and steel (Group) Co. ltd successfully developed weathering steel,SPA-H in recent years by means of converter smelting, AHF refining, continuous casting, hot rolling, controlled rolling and cooling,and so on. The steel’s properties come up the standards by optimizing chemical composition and production process.
