The credibility crisis in market orientated economy and its weak solutions shed light on the seriousness of this issue.In order to find a way to solve the problem,we should look into its causes from multi_dimensions.To solve the problem,we need not only moral tools,but also the legal support.Therefore,to enhance the legislative guarantee of good faith,we should legalize morality.To provide the system guarantees,we should impartially execute the law.To provide social guarantee for good faith,we should cultivate the law_abiding spirit.
