气相色谱法同时测定复方盐酸苯海拉明搽剂中2组分的含量

Simultaneous Determination of 2 Ingredients in Compound Diphenhydramine Liniment by GC

目的建立以气相色谱法同时测定复方盐酸苯海拉明搽剂中樟脑和薄荷脑含量的方法。方法色谱柱为DB-WAX毛细管柱,柱温采取程序升温,进样口及检测器温度为250℃,载气为氮气,流速为1ml/min,分流比为25∶1,内标为正辛醇。结果樟脑、薄荷脑检测浓度线性范围分别为0.1～1.2mg/ml(r=0.9998)、0.2～1.2mg/ml(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为98.78%、97.88%。结论本方法简便、准确、专属性强、重现性好,可用于复方盐酸苯海拉明搽剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for simultaneous determination of camphor and menthol in compound diphenhydramine liniment.METHODS:The DB-WAX capillary column was used.The column temperature was increased by programming with the sample entrance and detector being at250℃.The carrier gas was nitrogen.The flow rate was1ml/min and shunting ratio was25∶1.N-octyl alcohol was used as internal standard.RESULTS:The determinable concentrations of camphor and menthol were in the linear range of0.1～1.2mg/ml(r=0.9998)and0.2～1.2mg/ml(r=0.9999)respective-ly.The average recoveries were98.78%and97.88%respectively.CONCLUSION:The established method is accurate,spe-cific and replicable,which can be applied to quality control of the liniment.
