摘要
近年来我们应用以促通技术为主的综合康复技术对30例脑卒中患者的肢体运动功能进行康复治疗,采用Fugl-Meyer评分法进行功能评定,结果显示经综合康复治疗后患者的肢体运动功能、平衡功能有显著的改善,提示脑卒中偏瘫的综合康复医疗效果显著。
Facilitation techniques were used in conjunction with other therapeutic methods to help improve the extremity motor functions of 30 stroke patients. The Fugl-Meyer Scale was employed for the assessment of the functional status. The results showed that the extremity motor functions and the balancing ability were improved significantly in all the patients. It is indicated that comprehensive rehabilitation intervention is very effective and should be used for all stroke patients.
