实行学分制是我国高等学校进行教育管理改革的一项重要举措,是现代大学管理制度的一项基本内容。通过分析实行学分制的现实环境,结合实行学分制的具体做法,探讨了在实行学分制过程中存在的问题及今后的改革方向。阐明了学分制在创新教育中的积极作用,指出随着高等学校学分制的实行与完善,创新人才的培养一定会更具特色、更加全面。

The credit system is an important part of the educational reform implemented in the institutions of higher learning in our country and a basic administrative regulation of modern colleges and universities.By analyzing the actual environment of the system and detailed action in practice,some problems arising in the process of its implement as well as the way of reform in the future were discussed.The positive role played by the credit system in innovative education was confirmed and it was pointed out that ,as the implementing and perfecting of the credit system in colleges and universities,the cultivation of innovative students is bound to be more distinctive and comprehensive.
