相转移助催化剂在有机合成中的应用

Application of PTC in organic synthesization

在碱金属亚硝酸盐和碳酸盐存在下,对硝基苯甲腈在非质子极性溶剂中可发生自身缩合反应,一步合成4,4′二氰基二苯醚。研究了三类相转移助催化剂:季铵盐、聚乙二醇和S-60对缩合反应的影响。实验表明:加入了这三类催化剂后,缩短了反应时间4 1h,提高了产品纯度。该项工作未见文献报导。

In an aprotic polar solvent, p-nitrobenzonitrile undergoes a self-condensation to form 4,4′-oxybis(benzonitrile) in the presence of alkali nitrites and sodium carbonate in one step.The effects of three kinds phase transfer catalysts (abbreviated as PTC), such as quaternary ammonium salt,PEG and S-60 upon condensation were investigated.Experimental results show that the reaction time reduced by 41 h and the product quality improved,after these three kinds of catalysts were added.This research has not been reported in literature.
