摘要
对37例脑卒中患者ADL能力康复效果进行了分析、评价。结果表明:绝大部分患者只要按康复程序进行训练,ADL能力均有不同程度的提高,部分患者可望重返社会。ADL能力恢复的程度与病损部位、范围及病后开始训练的时间有很大的关系。
The ability of 37 stroke patients in ADL after rehabilitation intervention were evaluated in this paper. The results showed that the abilities of those patients who did rehabilitation exercise strictly following the rehabilitation procedure were significantly improved, and that some were expectant to reach social integration. The extend of improvement was closely related to the location and area of lesion and the time span between onset and initiation of rehabilitation intervention.
