摘要
2004年1月以来,国际石油价格呈现出持续快速上升势头,给中国宏观经济的近期走势增添了新的不确定性因素,也给中国长期的石油供应带来了冲击。本文分析了在当前中国经济持续快速发展、对石油等战略资源需求旺盛的形势下,油价持续高企对中国宏观经济和相关行业的影响,并在此基础上提出了一些应对石油价格高企的措施和政策性建议。
Global oil price that has been rising rapidly since Jan. 2004, brings new uncertainties to China′s short-term macro economy and shocks to China′s long-term oil supply. Given the fact that the continuous rapid growth of China′s economy has led to the strong demand of strategic resources such as oil, we analyze the impact of the price hike on China′s macro economy and relevant industries. Some countermeasures and political proposals are given based upon our analysis.
