帕金森病患者手臂稳定度的功能评估

Function assessment of hand and arm stability of the patients with Parkinson disease

震颤是帕金森病的主要症状之一，然而临床上对震颤一直无客观的评测方法。我们使用上海交通大学康复工程研究所研制的手臂稳定度测试仪，评测４０例帕金森病患者们同一年龄组的３０例正常人，结果病人组平均能通过第二孔至第四孔，正常人组则通过第四孔至第六孔．我们认为该仪器能客观地、定量地评测帕金森病患者的手臂稳定度，本文还讨论了手臂稳定度与肌张力的关系，以及该仪器在康复训练中的作用。

The tremor is one of the major symptoms of Parkinson disease. However,there were no objective assesment for the tremor Using hand and arm stability tester designed by Institute of Rehabilitaiton Engineering of5hanghai Communication University,40 patients and 30 normal age-matched adults were tested and discovered that the patients could pass through the second to the forth holes.For normal adults,they can pass from the froth to the sixth holes.The results suggested that the tester may be used to assess the hand and arm stability of the patients with Parkinson disease numerically and objectively.It’s also discussed that the correlation between the hand and arm stability and the muscular tension and the role of the tester in the rehabilitation training.
