摘要 利用颈部抗阻运动(刺激本体感受器)反射性诱发脑中风患侧肢体肌电生理变化的实验得出:皮层意识参与对患侧肌肉的促进和抑制作用优于单独应用颈紧张反射等病理反射模式的训练技术,并揭示颈部的各方向抗阻运动对屈伸肌的促进作用不同。为脑中风偏瘫康复训练提供了依据。 The investigation on cerivical part resistive exercise stimulating proprioceptor)which reflexly induce electro-physiological changes of hemiplegic limb muscle in cerebral hemorrhage patients’indicated that the effect of the consciousness of cortical layer to promotion and inhibition about hemiplegic muscle was more effective than training techniques of pathological reflex model with single application tonic neck reflex,Another:results also suggested that promotion effect of cervical part resistive exercise in all directions to flexor and entensor muscle was different.This was a indicator to recovery train of hemiplegic patients.
