肌电反馈电刺激对偏瘫后肌力恢复的疗效观察

The efficacy of EMG feedback electric stimulation in improving the strength of the weakened after hemiplegia

用肌电反馈电刺激仪和经皮神经电刺激仪对脑血管病变后的偏瘫病人的手足肌力功能恢复分别作疗效观察，肌电反馈电刺激仪包括肌电反馈和电刺激两种治疗，对１７例偏瘫后病人的治疗证实是有效的、安全的。该机疗效明显优于低频脉冲经皮神经电刺激仪。

The efficacy of EMG feedback electric stimulation(EES)in 17 patients with hemiplegiaand that of transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation(TENS)in 13 patients with the same disease were examined. The result suggested that EES was effective in improving the strength of the weakened muscles in these patients,and might be more effective than TENS.
