摘要
给出了搅拌对金刚石-金属复合薄膜电沉积结果的影响,指出:搅拌速度对薄膜中金刚石颗粒密度影响很大, 最佳速度范围内(180r/min-220r/min),金刚石颗粒分布致密;螺旋桨位置严重影响金刚石颗粒分布均匀性,搅拌位置为镀液下部时,可以获得致密均匀的金刚石-金属复合薄膜;阴极倾斜悬挂有利于金刚石颗粒的沉积。并从固液两相流体动力学理论对结果作了简要分析。另外,采用扫描电镜(SEM)检测了薄膜中金刚石颗粒的含量和分布情况。
The influence of stirring to the electrodepositing of diamond-metal composite film was discussed in this paper. It was indicated that stirring velocity greatly influenced the electrodepositing result, the best range of stirring velocity was 180r/min -220r/min, which made diamond grains to distribute densely ; The position of the propeller gravely influenced the uniformity of diamond grains,when the propeller stirred in the liquid below, dense and even diamond-metal composite film can be obtained; The inclined suspension of cathode was propitious to the electrodepositing of diamond grains. These results were analyzed by hydrokinetics about two-phases of solid and liquid. On the other hand, scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to measure the content and the distribution of diamond grains in the film.
