摘要
溶胶-凝胶法是目前在氧化物纳米粉制备中研究和应用较多的一种方法。但多数研究集中在用各种昂贵的有机醇盐作前驱体制备纳米氧化铝粉。本实验研究用廉价的AlCl3·6H2O作原料探索一种制备纳米氧化铝粉的可行的方法。以期能为纳米氧化铝的大量应用提供可能。通过实验优化了凝胶制备过程的的主要参数(铝离子浓度、反应物配比、反应温度、添加剂),制得了稳定的凝胶。在1150℃(1.5h)的条件下制得了粒径为10纳米左右的α-Al2O3粉体。
At present, sol - gel method is a commonly used method in preparation of nanosized a ?Al2 O3 powder, but most of the researches in this field often use costly organic alcohol salt as usher to prepare nanometer aluminum oxide powder. This paper tries to adopt cheap AlCl3 ·6H2 O as raw material so as to provide the feasibility for wide application of nanometer aluminum oxide. Main parameter in process of gel preparation had been optimized and steady Gel can be made through the experiment. In the mean timeα, - Al2O3 powder of grain diameter 10 nm could be made at the temperature 1150℃ ( 1. 5h) .
