摘要
以体表胃电图为指标，对２１位健康人和各类胃病患者进行试验，测试按摩穴位对胃电图的影响，从而探讨按摩穴位对胃运动功能的作用。结果显示按摩右胃俞、右足三里对胃窦基本电节律（ＢＥＲ）的幅值有兴奋和抑制两种效应，即呈良性“双向性”调整作用。按摩非经非穴对胃窦ＢＥＲ的幅值也有一些作用，但其影响较按摩穴位者为弱，提示穴位具有相对特异性。
The effects
of acupoint massage on electrogastrogram(EGG)were observed with
body-surface-electrode on 21 healthy persons and various gastric
disease patients. The results suggested that when massage on right
Weishu and right Zusanli the amplitude of BER has increasing or
decreasing changes as compared With their pre-massage basic line. It
exhibited good biphasic modulating effects that was massage on non
acupoint area. The influences on BER amplitude showed less prominent
than that of the acupoint area. It indicated that there was relative
specificities between acupoint and non-acupoint area.Author′s
