摘要
选用低温成膜性好的具有异相构型的丙烯酸酯乳液为基料,并引入功能性的复合纳米材料,使制得的涂料涂膜强度好,低温成膜性优,VOC含量极低,且无需添加有机防腐抗菌剂而具备防腐抗菌防霉性能,并能分解空气中有害的有机化合物。讨论了乳液品种和纳米材料的品种及用量等对涂料及涂膜物理性能和抗菌防霉性的影响。
The title antibacterial interior coatings has been developed based on an acrylic emulsion with low film-forming temperature and heteropical configuration as binder and functional nano-scale materials, which shows good film strength, low temperature film forming property, lower VOC, good antibacterial and fungicidal properties, decomposing harmful toxic organic compounds in air. The influence of varieties of emulsions, varieties and amount of nano materials on physical properties of antibacterial and fungicidal performance of coatings film is discussed.
