胚胎源性干细胞分化研究的现状

摘要 目前,对于胚胎源性干细胞的分化研究已成为当今医学界研究的热点,但其分化的分子机制和定向分化的方法一直是人们需要解决的难点问题,近年来无论在分子机制研究还是在定向诱导分化研究方面都有了长足进展。将这三种胚胎源性干细胞从其分化机制及定向分化潜能等方面结合国内外研究进展进行综述。 The research about differentiation of embryonic stem cell has been a hotspot in medical field now but the molecule mechanism of differentiation and directional differentiation have not known very well. Recently there are dramatic developments in these fields thus we made a review about the molecule mechanism of differentiation and directional differentiation.
