摘要
人才流动能促进经济发展。企业人才不断输出,造成人才在数量和质量下降,不能满足企业生产经营需要,出现人才流失现象。待遇、事业、环境、感情四个方面是企业留住人才,为企业尽心服务的四个方面,企业在这四个方面做得好与坏会直接关系到企业留住人才,企业发展壮大的关键。
The flow of talented personnel promotes the economic development. But the continuous sending out of the corporate talented personnel leads to their decrease both in quality and quantity.The needs of production and sales of the business thus fail to be satisfied due to the loss of talents.The author hereby presents some proposals for the reference of the company leaders in how to attract the talents to stay, in respect of terms of employment,career,working environment and feelings.
