在近临界水中由叠氮化合物还原制备胺

Preparation of Amines by Reduction of Azides in Near-critical Water

摘要 在近临界水(250℃)中用锌将叠氮化合物还原为胺。用IR和1HNMR对产物进行了表征。研究了温度、摩尔比和反应时间对产率的影响,最佳反应条件为:n(Zn)∶n(azide) =3∶1,温度250℃,时间3h,胺产率可达90%。 Zinc metal in near-critical water (250 ℃) reduces azides to amines.Structures of the products were characterized by IR and ~1HNMR.The effect of temperature,mole ratio and reaction time was studied.The best reaction conditions were:n(Zn)∶n(azide)=3∶1,temperature 250 ℃ and reaction time 3 h.The yield of amines were ~90%.
