根据矿山机械备件管理的特点,在确定矿机设备维修备件选择的一般原则基础上,依据价值工程ABC理论,将设备的维修备件分为A ,B ,C三大类,对配件供应率和储存成本进行了科学的分析,提供了在保证生产和维修期的情况下,确定维修备件最佳储备量、订购量、订购时间的计算方法。

According to the characteristic of the mine engine spare part management and the theory of value engineering ABC,this paper divided the servicing spare part of the equipment into there parts,analyzed the fittings provide and the deposited cost,and introduced a calculate method which can work out the optimal reserves,purchases and purchase time.
