目的探讨轻度颅脑伤及身体成胸腹屈曲体位致脑水肿死亡的发生机制。方法搜集完整的尸检材料。结合文献资料,对本例脑水肿的发生进行深入的分析和讨论。结果本例脑水肿之形成与轻度颅脑伤及身体成胸腹屈曲体位有关,而非其它病理因素引起。结论受害者松绑后即死主要是脑水肿即刻加重的结果。

Objective Purpose To discuss the mechanism of prompt genesis death on cerebral edema because of minimal craniocerebral injury and flexibility posture.Methods Collected the integrated autopsy data,referred to the article relating to this case,and analyzed and discussed profoundly the cause of genesis on cerebral edema.Results There is relationship between cerebral edema and minimal craniocerebral injury,flexibility posture.Conclusion The victim died suddenly after a person being untied because the cerebral edema aggravate abruptly.
