叶绿酸铜钠片治疗白细胞减少症临床疗效观察

Clinial study of sodium copper chlorophyllin tablets in treating leucocytopenia

目的:评价叶绿酸铜钠片治疗白细胞减少症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:对92例各种原因引起的白细胞减少症患者随机分为三组:叶绿酸铜钠组56例,口服叶绿酸铜钠片(6片/d,分3次口服),疗程8周,观察治疗前后白细胞计数的变化和不良反应;并与20例利血生组和16例安慰剂组进行疗效对比。结果:叶绿酸铜钠组治疗后,显效33例,有效16例,无效7例,总有效率为87.5%,安慰剂组为25%,两组比较P<0.01。与利血生组(85%)比较结果相似(P>0.05)。在治疗过程中未发现叶绿酸铜钠片有任何毒副反应。结论:叶绿酸铜钠片治疗各种原因引起的白细胞减少症,安全有效。

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of sodium copper chlorophyllin tablets in treating leucocytopenia.Method:92 patients with leucocytopenia, whatever its cause, were randomized into 3 groups. 56 cases took orally sodium copper chlorophyllin tablets at the dose of 2 tablets tid for 8 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the change of peripheral leucocytes count and adverse effects were investigated and compared with leucogen-treated group (n=20) and placebo group (n=16).Result:After sodium copper chlorophyllin treatment the apparent efficiency was achieved in 33 cases, efficiency in 16 cases but no effect in 7 cases, giving rise to 87.5% of total efficiency rate, which was significantly higher than that in placebo group (25%, P< 0.01), similar to that in leucogen-treated group (85%, P> 0.05). There were no side effects in the regimen.Conclusion:Sodium copper chlorophyllin tablets can be used in treating leucocytopenia, whatever its cause, with satisfying effectiveness and good tolerance.
