摘要 一、引言 近年来,我国对电信、电力、民航、交通运输等领域进行了一定程度的打破垄断经营、引入竞争机制的改革.其目的是通过竞争提高经营效率和服务水平,同时拓宽融资渠道,满足社会需求增长的要求.现代金融理论认为,企业资本结构与产品市场竞争之间存在着密切的关系,处于不同竞争状态的行业对公司资本结构的要求也不尽相同(朱武祥,2002),企业的负债水平与企业所在的产品市场的竞争程度呈正相关关系(刘志彪等,2003).
