头孢哌酮的质量研究

QUALITY STUDY OF CEFOPERAZONE

本文报道了从头孢哌酮合成母液中分离得到的产物被证实为头孢哌酮Ｓ型异构体，该异构体对２１株金葡球菌抗菌作用很弱，对包括１９株绿脓假单胞菌在内的四种革兰氏阴性杆菌几乎没有抗菌活性。为了控制产品质量，本文还介绍了Ｓ型异构体的测定方法。

This paper reports that the product isolated from the mother solution in Cefoperazone synthesis is confirmed as the S isomer of the antibiotic.It′s:antibacterial activity is very weak against 21 strains of Staphylococcus aureus and hardly has microbiolog ical activity on 4 spe-cies of G-bacteria including 19 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Fu rthe-rmore,we introduce an assay method of the S isomer of Cefoperazone in order to control the quality of the product.
