摘要
采用PEG20M交联毛细管柱测定了白酒中主要微量成分醇、酯类物质的气相色谱相对保留时间(tR'),并对其tR'与其分子拓扑指数0T,1T间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:0T,1T与这些化合物的tR'有良好的相关性,其关系可表示为tR'=a+b0T+c1T,其中a,b,c为系数。
The relative retention time tR′ for main trace components including alcohols and esters in liquor were determined by PEG20M capillary column and the relations between tR′and molecular topological index 0T,1T had been studied. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between 0T,1T and tR′. the relation could be expressed as follows: tR′=a+b0T +c1T ( a, b and c as empirical constants).
