摘要
用三维有限元法对涡轮叶片尾缘针肋进行了模态分析和谐波响应分析,分别给出了形状不同的两种针肋前10阶模态参数,以及在简谐激励下的不同响应,并进行了比较,为针肋的设计和改进,防止结构共振提供了参考.
Modal and dynamics response of pin-fin in the tail section of channel of cooling blade is analyzed with the three-dimension finite element method, 10 rank of vibration parameters of the natural frequencies and mode shapes are respectively given, and different harmonic responses are obtained. Two pin-fin with different geometrical shape are analyzed and compared, references are provided for the optimal structure design and improvement of pin-fin.
