本文介绍了头孢拉定对照品的制备与标定，探讨了采用高效液相色谱法测定头孢拉定含量的色谱条件及有关杂质的色谱行为，建立了新的测定方法，并用以标定首批头孢拉定国家暂行对照品，获得满意的结果。

This article introduces an efficient procedure of the prep-aration and Standardization of the master standard of Cephradine,and theHPLC condition of determining Cephradine,as well as,chromatographicbehaviour of some relative substances of Cephradine are discussed.Thenewly established assay method has been used for standardizing,the Na-tional Master Refernce Standard.
