摘要
目的优化从甲壳素酸水解制备氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐的制备工艺。方法采用正交试验L9(34),优化水解工艺条件。结果以30%HCl,温度95℃,时间3h效果最佳。纯度>99.0%。结论该优化条件能得到较高产率和纯度的盐酸氨基葡萄糖。
AimTo optimize the preparation process of glucosamine hydrochloride. MethodThe best hydrolytic conditions of glucosamine hydrochloride was chosen by orthogonal experimental design. ResultThe optimization conditions were HCl 30%,95℃,and 3 h.Conclusion The better yield and high purity were obtained under the conditions.
