RP-HPLC法测定复方半支莲胶囊中野黄芩苷含量

Content determination of scutellarin in compound hcrba scutellarjse barbatae capsule by HPLC

目的建立复方半支莲胶囊中野黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用RPHPLC法,甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(30∶70)为流动相,在检测波长335nm下测定野黄芩苷的含量。结果野黄芩苷在2.529～25.29mg·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系;加样回收率为101.50%,RSD为1.46%。结论该法简便且重现性好,可用于复方半支莲胶囊的质量控制。

Aim To establish the a method of content determination of scutellarin in compound hcrba scutellarjse barbatae capsule.Methods HPLC was used with methanol-(0.1%)phosphoric acid(30∶70) mixture as a mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 335 nm.Results Scutellarin showed a good linear relationship at a ranger of 2.529l～25.29 mg·L -1. The average recovery and the relative tandard deviation was 101.50% and 1.46% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple with good reproducibility and can be used in quality control of arjse barbatae capsule.
