血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和血管紧张素受体拮抗剂治疗糖尿病肾病的新进展被引量：4

摘要近年来,应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(angiotensin-convertingenzymeinhibitor,ACEI)及血管紧张素受体拮抗剂(angiotensinreceptorblocter,ARB)治疗糖尿病肾病(diabeticnephropathy,DN)的疗效及合理应用已成为国内外医学界广泛关注的课题和研究的焦点。许多随机双盲对照临床试验证实这两类药物不仅有良好的降压作用,而且对DN有显著的肾脏保护作用,可以延缓DN进展为显性肾病乃至终末期肾病(end-stagerenaldisease,ESRD),现将近年来的有关资料及两类药物联合治疗DN的作用机制和研究新进展作一综述。
