关于建立我国高等教育成本分担机制的政策建议

Suggestions on Establishing Higher Education Cost Share Policies in China

目前,高等教育成本分担的意识障碍已被扫除,但成本分担给公众造成的经济、心理压力越来越受到社会关注。本文通过对我国高等教育成本分担历史、现状的回顾及对当前所存在问题的剖析,从加大财政投入、科学合理地核定成本、加强和完善助学系统等方面提出了建议和看法,希冀实现高等教育的成本分担更共公平性与合理性。

Nowadays, the concept of higher education cost share has been eliminated, but it does exert economic and psychological pressures upon the public, In this article, the author analyzes the past and current situations of China’s higher education cost share, highlights its existing problems, and makes suggestions on how to increase financial investment, how to scientifically check and ratify the related cost, and how to systematically establish the related policies with justice.
