摘要
随着“海尔”、“联想”等实力雄厚的企业的迅速崛起,研究它们的企业文化专著也越来越多,但大都没有追根求源,这是一大缺憾。文章指出,海尔文化、联想文化等等,乃是中国企业一百多年来求发展的艰难探索的结晶。从洋务运动开始,经过近一个半世纪的长期孕育,当今先进的企业文化是根植于我们民族之中、承继了几千年传统文化的优秀精华、在吸收世界先进企业文化的基础上产生出来的中国式企业文化,企业发展的是极富生命力和爆发力的力量。
With the fast emergence of a number of enterprises such as “Haier”, “Lenovo”, more and more monographs are studying their enterprise culture, but it is a pity that most of them have not digged into the bottom of it. In this paper, the author thinks that the culture of Haier's and Lenovo’s, etc., is the quintessence of difficult exploration of Chinese enterprises development over the past 100 years. After the slow development for nearly 100 years, the advanced Chinese-style enterprise culture, which has vitality and the extremely explosive force, is the propelling force of the enterprise development, because it not only has been implanted in our nationality and has inherited the outstanding quintessence of the traditional culture over several thousand years but also it has been created on the basis of absorbing the international advanced enterprise culture.
