摘要
文章主要通过对日常活动的任务结构的阐述与分析,提出简化产品操作任务的方法。通过四种方法将产品的操作化繁为简,即设计窄或浅的任务结构、将操作自动化、改变操作的性质和提供心理辅助手段等,从而提高产品的易用性。
Based on the analysis of the structure of daily tasks, this article suggests four ways to simplify the operation tasks of products to improve the user-friendliness. They are designing simple task structure, automating operation, changing the nature of operation and offering auxiliary psychological means.
