摘要 在Visual Basic环境下用MapX控件开发地理信息系统(GIS),并在此平台上实现计算网格自动划分,用ADI法进行三维潮流计算,并用干湿法处理动边界,最终将计算结果以调和常数形式存储成图层文件用以预报潮流场,同时将稳定瞬时的数据存储成文件作为直接计算的初始条件,并用当天高潮时校正需预报各时刻的流场供溢油应急系统调用。在珠江口溢油应急计划中的应用结果表明该潮流快速预报系统满足溢油应急的需要,结果合理可用。 To promote the application of the numerical models, the GIS component(MapX)and an Object-oriented Programming Environment(Visual Basic) are used to integrate the numerical models and GIS as a software system.With the help of the GIS module, the conversions of projection and coordinate, the formation of computational mesh and isoclines, and other functions can be approved.The paper developed a method to simulate the 3-Dimensional tidal current in special research region by employing an ADI'dry-wet'model after generating computational mesh automatically.The local harmonic constants of east and north components of tidal current can be calculated by using the results obtained, and saved as GIS map layer, for the aim to predict tidal current quickly.All the data of steady status are also saved as the initial status of calculated model and using the high water time to adjust tidal current ground which can be used as the background tidal ground of the Contingent System of Oil Spill. The result of the application in the Contingent System of Oil Spill of the Pearl River Estuary indicated the method is usable and suitable to the application of contingent system.
