浒苔水溶性多糖提取的工艺研究 被引量:13

摘要 采用热水浸提法提取浒苔水溶性多糖。选择浸提时间、温度、浸提固液比作单因素实验,确定其条件范围,并通过正交试验得到浒苔水溶性多糖浸提的优选因素组合:浸提时间4h,温度90℃,固液比为1∶75。 The hot water extraction of the water-soluble polysaccharides from Entermorpha interspinlis was studied.The effects of three factors such as the temperature of extraction,the time of extraction,the proportion of water volume were investigated.With the orthogonal of L9(33),the optimum conditions of extraction were obtained as follows:adding 75 times as much as Entermorpha prolifera in 90℃ for 4 hours.
