中日远东石油管线冲突原因透析

An Analysis of the Conflict between China and Japan on the Petroleum Pipeline in the Far East Area

俄罗斯远东石油管线关系到俄石油出口走向,中、日两国提出不同的方案,大有恶性竞争之势,中国是从本国的能源需求出发,而日本突然介入,不仅有能源赤贫的原因,更有深层次的经济、政治原因,本文拟就中日远东石油管线冲突深层次问题作一简要分析。

The petroleum pipeline in the Far East area of Russia affects the tendency of its oil export. China and Japan have advanced different programmes. Meanwhile, a vicious competition tends to break out between them on this issue. China proceeds from its energy demand, while Japan gets involved unexpectedly not only for its energy crisis but also for more economic and political reasons. This conflict between China and Japan on the petroleum pipeline in the Far East area will be deeply explored in this paper.
