摘要
在详细介绍法国国际民间艺术节的历史、现状及其组织、管理、运作等各方面情况的基础上探索、分析国际民间艺术节的存在价值,思考法国国际民间艺术节的长处及其面临的问题,为中国的国际民间艺术节提供借鉴。
Through a thorough investigation of the international folklore festivals of CIOFF France, especially of their history, actuality, organization,management and operation and, based on the case of Montoire International Folklore Festival, the paper studies their qualities, values, problems and difficulties as well in order to offer some experiences for reference to Chinese folklore festivals.
