摘要
该文通过文献考察与研究，指出唐墓出土的铅眼罩不是针孔眼镜，宋代文献也没有关于眼镜的史料，而在传教士来华之前的元代，中国人已发明使用了一种保护眼镜。
There are about two arguments on the origin of spectacles in China.One holds that tfiere had been an inkling of spectacles in China during the Tang-Song period. The other deems that spectacles were introduced into China from foreign countries in the Yuan and Ming dynasties. In this paper, the author points out after careful study of documents that the unearthed lead eyeshade of the Tang. dynasty is not pinhole spectacles, and that no historical material about spectacles has been found in the works of the Song dynasty. In the Yuan dynasty, however, a kind of protective spectacles had been invented by the Chinese before Western missionaries came to China.
