试论国际经济法在世界经济一体化中的矛盾及局限

世界经济一体化推动了法律全球化 ,特别是国际经济法的进一步发展。这种现象的出现有助于形成内外联系紧密的国际经济法律秩序 ,在一定程度上保障和促进了世界经济的发展。但究其实质 ,国际经济立法的一体化在相当程度上是发达国家利益驱动的结果 ,在市场自由理念的背景下 ,国际经济关系法制化并非一个线性的发展趋势 ,而是充斥着各种矛盾与冲突。法律规则还远未取代政治谈判成为调整民族国家间经济关系的主要手段 ,而是带有自身无法克服的局限性。

Integration of world economy pushes forward the globalization,especially the further edvelopment of international economy law.it will benefit to form close law order of international economy,and to some extent,ensure and promote development of international economy.But in fact,it is the result of benefit from developed countries.Under the circumstances of freedom view of market,legalization of international economy relationship is full of all kinds of contradictions and conflicts.Regulation can't replace political negotiation to become main means to adjust economic relation between countries,but have limitations.
