多元化经营是企业在具体发展阶段和行业背景下的一种选择 ,但并不是所有的企业都能够成功地运用多元化战略。本文从多元化经营的动机和条件出发 ,论述了多元化经营战略的模式选择。
Diversified management is an option for enterprises in the specific developing stage and circumstance.But not all enterprises are able to perform success fully the diversifying strategies.From the perspectives of drives and conditions.This paper discusses the model selection,possible risk and the diversified management around the core competencies.
