对新闻侵权的几点思考

近年来 ,新闻官司成为新闻界乃至社会各界关注的一大热点。常见的新闻侵权主要是侵犯名誉权、隐私权、肖像权。造成侵权的原因多种多样。要避免新闻侵权一要多做深入采访 ,切忌求快过急 ;二要保持第三者立场 ,不能感情用事 ;三要正视存在的问题 。
