中国第一个志愿服务团体的发展原因与典型特征

文章以对中国第一个志愿服务团体———深圳市义务工作者联合会的调查资料为基础 ,分析义务工作产生的原因、主要特征、发展趋势。其特征表现为 :民间兴起、政府支持 ;自主管理 ,机构协调 ;服务导向 ,效益优先 ;媒介宣传 ,社会关注 ;精英汇聚 ,能力互补 ;国际联系 ,持续创新。这些特征 ,对于认识中国非营利组织发展和志愿团体发展具有重要的借鉴价值。

Based on the survey materials of shenzhen Volunteers' Union-the first volunteers'service body in China,the article analyses the cause,main characterics and developing trend of Voluntary work.Its characteristics are displayed in such aspects:rising among the people with the support of government,antonomous administration and coordinated organization,service guide and profits prior,media propaganda with the attention of society,elites gathering and making up for each other,international contact and continuous innovation,These characteristics can be used as improtant and valuable reference in our understanding of the development of China's mon-profit organization and voluntary bodies.
