思想政治工作创新理论实践与探讨

思想政治教育创新是社会形势发展的根本需要 ,也是思想政治教育理论本身发展的内在需求。本文在正确认识对思想政治教育创新的必要性及其内涵的基础上 ,从多年开展高校基层思想政治教育工作的角度 ,阐述了进行思想政治教育创新的理论及实践探索过程以及创新所需要注意的几个问题。

Innovation of ideological and political education is the basic demand of social development.It is also the inner demand of the development of ideological and political education theory.Based on the correct understanding of the necessity and connotation of the innovation of ideolosical and political education,from the angle of being engaged in the fundamental work of ideological and political education in high schools,the paper sets forth the theory of the innovation of ideolosical and political education,the exploration process in practice and several questions to which more attention should be paid in the innovation.
