对新时期学生工作的再思考

新时期学生工作者必须树立新的工作理念 ,对学生工作重新定位和思考 :要完成思想观念的转变 ,做到与时俱进 ;抓住新生入学教育和毕业生就业指导两个关键 ;强化大学生团队意识、竞争意识和创新意识的培养 ;突出班集体建设、大学生党员发展、弱势群体工作和大学生社团建设等四个方面。

As educational workers,we should adopt a new educaional philosophy and conduct a relocating and rethinking of the students' cultivation in the new era.In order to meet this requirement,we should make our efforts in accomplishing the following perspectives:changing our contemporary educational ideology so as to keep pace with the times;concentrating on the cruxes of the education of the freshmen at their very entrance into the university and guidance of the seniors in their hunting for job upon graduation;consolidating the cultivation of the university students' sense of team consciousness,competition and innovation;highlighting the following four aspects,i.e. the progress of the class as a collective,the admittance of new Party members from the university students,the endeavors on the disadvantaged groups,and the construction of students' societies and associations.
