炎症与不稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块 被引量:2

摘要 血浆脂质的增高(高脂血症)是动脉粥样硬化(AS)发生的重要病理因素,这已是大家公认的事实,然而,近年来的研究表明,炎症在AS的发生发展中同样起着不可忽视的作用。ROSS及其他学者发现血管受损伤后产生炎症——纤维增殖反应,其中涉及大量的生长因子、细胞因子及血管调节因子,最终导致AS有发生。AS是冠心病的病理基础,而动脉粥样硬化不稳定斑块的破裂、血小板的聚集及血栓形成造成冠脉急性狭窄或闭塞是导致急性冠脉综合征(ACSs)的重要原因。而Luigi的研究表明,ACS的发生与持续存在的炎症刺激有关,炎症反应促进了AS的发生和发展。
