摘要
主要介绍基于 SMT表面贴装技术的超小型贴片元件 (0 2 0 1 )工艺 ,包括它的工艺特征分析 ,应用难点及其技术工艺的推动方案 ,并以 SMT工艺制作了编码控制接口。
The basic technology of the slice elements based on SMT was introduced. The characteristic of the technology and the difficulty of application on the technology were discussed. Then an encoded control interface was made with SMT.
